Wine

This wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes ferments for three weeks in stainless steel, and is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Thanks to the special mineral composition of the soil in Bibbona, the wine has a good complexity of aromas and a noteworthy structure and body.
With its intense ruby red colour and fresh aroma, fruity and pleasantly herbal, the discernible notes of blueberry and raspberry recall the Mediterranean scrub, fading into hints of myrtle and juniper.
While its woody note is light and connotative.
Light and connotative note of boise.
The good persistence and the right tannin combined with a fresh acidity, make this a wine that should be refined in the bottle for some time and drank with pleasant surprise, pairing it with cured meats and aged cheeses,
red meats even tough meats, such as wild game.
