We have decided to honor our extraordinary ancient wheat Senatore Cappelli harvest of 2018, by proposing high quality meal and pasta, that have been processed by local artisan with traditional methods.
Today, this kind of grain has been valued, thanks to its nutricional properties: low gluten content, the presence of trace elements such as magnesium, potassium, calcium and zinc and of vitamin of B group and E vitamin.
In addition there are also flavonoids and antioxidants, that have anti-inflammatory properties and even the capability to reduce cholesterol. It is also excellent for who suffers of allergies and food intolerance.
In the year 2020 we added to the production also Verna and Andriolo ancient grain meals.
