A young grappa with lively personality, carrying the fragrances of the Bolgheri coast. Clear notes of fresh pomace, black cherry and flowering meadow. On the palate it is balanced and complex with excellent persistence. The after-aroma reveals fruity and herbal notes of cut hay and liquorice. Traditional artisanal discontinuous distillation with low-temperature steam still.
